Intermediate CareGateway offers comprehensive nursing services in a compassionate and nurturing environment. Under the direction of our care team, an individualized service plan is developed for each resident, with the goals of improving quality-of-life and maximizing independence while adjusting to a new living situation. We work together with each resident and their loved ones so that we may provide person-centered care. Gateway offers private and semi-private accommodations and is Medicare/Medicaid certified.
